This October, anglers who catch a tagged barramundi in the Northern Territory of Australia will win AUD$1,000,000.
There will only be one tagged million-dollar fish.
On top of that, there will be 75 other tagged barramundis that will entitle anglers to win AUD$10,000 each.
Anyone regardless of nationality can join this competition that runs from October 2015 to end of February 2016.
Entrants do not require a Recreational Fishing License in the Northern Territory, however, permits are required if entering Aboriginal Land and permits may also be required for access to tidal waters overlying Aboriginal Land for fishing purposes.
Anglers can register for free between 12 July 2015 and 29 February 2016 here: www.milliondollarfish.com.au/register, but would have to settle their own travelling and accommodation expenses.
Participants must be aged 18 years or older.
